Refund policy
We offer no-hassle returns. You may return most Deva Shop items (unused) in original packaging. Your return package must be post-marked within 30 days from the order date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, you can use any shipping carrier of your choice but we recommend using one with tracking.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your proof of purchase such as your order number or original purchase email.
To start a return, you can contact us at cs@thedevashop.com. Please provide your order number and items you want to return. We will get back to you within 1 business day with the return address for your goods.
Please note: We do not pay for return shipping but you will be reimbursed for the full amount you originally paid, including your original shipping charges if applicable. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are nonrefundable).

Our Returns/Refund Process in Summary:
Step 1: Email us at cs@thedevashop.com within 30 days of your original purchase.
Step 2: We will reply back ASAP with confirmation your return has been accepted and the address of where you will return your items.
Step 3: Package your unused items carefully in the original packaging and mail back using the carrier of your choice, but we recommend tracking. Your items must be postmarked within 30 days of your original purchase. We do not pay for return shipping.
Step 4: Once we receive your package and inspect the items, we will offer a full refund on your original purchase including any shipping you may have paid for on your original purchase.
Step 5: Refund is submitted which will take a few days to appear on your bank statement.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
